Documenting Your Genealogical Finds

Documenting Your Genealogical Finds

We’ll review and learn how to document and cite sources that we’ve discovered in this fun and easy to understand class.  We’ll deal with stories and facts, books, the internet and other people’s research.

A source is the record used in locating information. Sound genealogy research is built on a variety of sources. • A citation is a notation that connects the source to your research and supports any conclusions made.

Cost: $15.00 if a SCHRC member, $20.00 if not.
