If you are interested in history – whether it is local, regional, or national history – the Center has an exciting and fun new activity scheduled for 2024. The SCHRC is launching a new book club that will have a historical theme.

The group will start by examining Robert Klara’s “FDR’s Funeral Train: A Betrayed Widow, a Soviet Spy, and a Presidency in the Balance” (2010). Participants are responsible for obtaining their own books.

The first book club meeting will be on Thursday, January 25, 2024, 1:00 – 2:30 pm.
