You are invited to A Treemendous Celebration

This fun family event is FREE and OPEN to the public.

Starting Friday, November 25 – the day after Thanksgiving – and running through Friday, December 30, (Tuesday through Saturday) the Research Center will be decorated to the hilt. Dozens of trees and wreaths and toys and everything Christmas is decorated and sparkling with lights. SCHRC’s annex at 511 Adams (just across the street) is also filled with stunning trees decorated by friends, non-profits, businesses and elves just for your enjoyment.

Bring the grandparents. Bring the kids.
Take some Christmas selfies with your favorite trees and your favorite elves.

The event will be open Tuesdays through Saturdays, 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

Special events during the six-week run include:
Ribbon Cutting  –  Friday, November 25  —  4:00pm at SCHRC at SCHRC
Visit Santa – Saturday, November 26  —  4:00pm to 8:00pm at SCHRC Annex
North High’s Northern Lights choir performs – Friday, December 16, 7:15pm to 7:45pm at SCHRC annex
Crafting History for Kids – Thursday, December 29  — 5:00pm to 8:00pm at SCHRC

Closed Christmas Eve.
